Technologies used in Varlion paddles
Hexagon Frame: Hexagonal frame whose shape provides greater rigidity and resistance to the racket, by creating a rib in the frame that has a straight part (edge) and another chamfered part (chamfer).
Slice Technology: New rough texture for the blade plane. As its name suggests, it is designed especially for backhand or drive shots with slice or cut. The design features a series of curved lines for right-handed players, which are duplicated in the opposite direction for left-handed players, so that the lines hook the ball and increase its spin. Compared to a tennis racquet, the hooking is even greater, since the strings of the racquet are straight and horizontal in the form of a cross generating a square; and in the case of the Slice technology, the lines are designed with a curved shape, since in this way the surface of the ball that is in contact with these lines is much larger.
